At BEXST, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective liners are intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
